"The evening shows were great. Zero to very short wait for restaurants. Rooms were cool. Water hot. Great water pressure. Special requests were accommodated. Staff super friendly. Walking distance to shops. Felt safe. All rooms have good ocean view. Food always available regardless of time of day. The neon party at the neighboring RIU was super fun for all ages, shapes and sizes—don’t miss out! Saw a couple beach vendors but they didn’t stay long. Not sure if it’s because nobody was buying or because staff chased them away. Whatever the case it was nice not being bothered. We would totally go back to this resort. "

"Highly recommend! Staff called upon arrival to ask if anything was needed. Friendly staff and the entire property is clean. Location is great, mall across the street and grocery store close by. I was very pleased with the room size and it was everything I expected. "

At first, the Ac in the room was not working, and they sent a technician right away to fixed the issue. The rooms are a little outdated but the excellent service of the staff more than makes up for it. "
