"We stayed here for my birthday in February 2025. The hotel is lovely, rooms are large and very comfortable with good facilities. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Our room wasn't ready so we were given a voucher for a free drink at the bar which was fine with us. Big mention to Megan who got us checked in and helped with the car parking. I would definitely stay at the Titanic again. "

"Everything about our stay at the Novotel was excellent. We arrived far later than expected but our room was not only ready but upgrades. The staff were so kind and could tell we had such a difficult day without us even mentioning it to them. It was very sweet of them to provide this for us. Room was clean and cleaning staff were friendly. The gentleman on the 15th floor cleaning rooms in the afternoon of Feb 16th was such a gem! "
