"Wonderful hotel. The individual who checked us l in upon arrival was great , engaging , most helpful. My one poor experience is the security person who was by the elevator banks when we returned from the Celtics game asked us if we had a room key in a sea of folks who he didn’t ask that question too. That was low & not necessary. "

"I stayed here because I had an early flight. Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms. Clean. Quiet. As nice or nicer than any hotel I’ve stayed in Boston. They had a labor dispute reducing the food and beverage options at the time, but it is not difficult to get to many nearby good dining spots. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a harbor view room on the 17th floor and it was amazing! Aaron at the front desk is the best! Loved the staff and everything about the hotel. Beautiful property and the easy access to shopping, dining, and quick Uber rides to other areas like Quincy market. Fanuiel Hall, Little Italy, Boston Harbor! "

"We opted for the bedroom with the shared bathrooms and always were kept incredibly clean and fully stocked. We never had to wait to use them. Great free water facilities with ice for the room. The bed was also spacious and comfy. Couldn’t fault our stay."

"Our stay was Great, just wish we knew that parking wasn't free and would be so expensive per night. Also customer service was ok. Didn't give no information on room, amenities, bars or restaurants we didn't know the room had a refrigerator until day of check out. Overall we'll be back!!"
