"The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeepers were really good. The lobby was welcoming. But the koi fish in the trench in the lobby did not have any space to move, which upset me every time I walked by them. The pool area was very nice with a relaxed vibe and was never crowded. We liked the location near the shops, marina, beach and ferry. The food in the restaurant was not good at all though they made it look nice on the plate."

"It’s quite isolated just 2 restaurants and a couple of shops nearby. Too far to walk to Fort de France and taxis are a rip off. It has nice views- pool is very small and only 4 sun loungers. Saturdays have brunch or something and music was so loud so not

at all. Rooms are basic"

"The room was huge! Separate bedroom, separate bathroom, separate shower, large open concept kitchen, living room. Large balcony with great ocean view. Crickets at night. We stayed one night; before our cruise. Would stay there again. Only downside was we had to check out at 12 noon (which is still reasonable) but our embarkation is only at 5. We could have extended our stay but at 15 euros per hour. In CDN$ that’s quite steep."

"This place is exceptional -- the location, the grounds, the views, the open-air lobby and dining areas, excellent breakfast buffet, the beach and pool. Even though the bathroom is somewhat dated and other areas could use some attention, the staff was helpful and friendly and I would give this resort one of the best ratings in The Caribbean (and I've been around)!"

"I seldom write travel reviews...its not in my dna...however....this property is worthy of the 5 stars. It is a relatively new construct. Everything is modern, impeccibly clean and works! The complex is safe as it is gated not that we ever felt unsafe. The hub of Anse Mitan tourist area is an easy walk but this property is far enough away from the action to be quiet. You will only hear the forest sounds at night with the huge glass sliding door open to the patio. The managers Max and Vincian do...
