"Everything about our 6 night stay was excellent. The staff were all exceptional and all of the food we had was excellent. The health club facilities were excellent. The Family Room was large and extremely well equipped with great views. My little boy had a great time, the kids activities were only attended by him most of the time, but the staff still made it fun. "Room was great since it has easy access to the kids pool. Amenities provided was good. But the room especially the toilet was rather small. Facilities provided is good. Breakfast was average. The restaurant was indeed spacious but they might need to consider to open two buffet line instead of one to cater the crowd/ guests. Some food they replenish, gone in secs and you have to wait again. The staff (not all) might need to work on their customer service skill. From the phone operator...
