"Family of 4, stayed the night during our school's mid-winter break. It was a great place to escape the cold and pretend it was summer. The pool area was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and provided us with everything we needed for our short stay."

"Fast check in, the ladie I checked in with was very attentive, manager material. Hotel was clean, comfortable and everyone there was great. Besides minor things that did not affect our stay in any way shape or form. The second clerk just needs to pay a little better attention to the reg card he’s grabbing (I work front desk), he had another guest sign my reg card but my clerk was on top of it and well aware. Aside from that, friendly and quick check in. Clean property. Easy access to the room from entrance. And we had one bulb out and one flickering but stuff like that does not affect a hotel stay, ever. It’s minor issues. The place was great. "

"This Hyatt House is a great place to stay. The front desk and breakfast staffs are friendly and welcoming. The fitness center is top notch. The only imperfections are the soft mattress, which I prefer to be firm, and the uncovered parking. Overall it is a great value."
