"We extended our stay by a day. As Hotel.com told us they did not have the same class of room available we had to downgrade. The new room whilst much smaller was ok except the verypoor internet connection, the blackout curtains not meetingand the batteries in the TV remote being flat. It took about an hour to get them replaced with similarily flat batteries. In the end we changed room having to pay a premium only to be put back in ourcroom from yesterday. "
