The lobby area is too small, so is the breakfast area. Breakfast itself is very good though. Bathroom in the room is very modern, but inconvenient Other than that, I was happy with the room. Housecleaning was a challenge. They never cleaned until late in the afternoon or evening. Nevertheless, in my opinion, the positives outweigh the negatives. I would stay here again were I to visit Almaty in the future."
