"The room is excellent - the highlight of my trip. The furnishing looks very new. Room is clean. This is the first time I've ever felt like I was treated like a queen. Upon arrival, they helped us park our car and unload our luggage and brought to our room. They took our shoes and stored with them upon arrival. The rooms are newly renovated and as everyone says they have an open bar and they allow you to take drinks upstairs, didn’t eat at restaurant. "Nice Onsen hotel in a quiet location. Hidden gem in Ito."

"Absolutely loved our stay here! We booked a room with a private onsen and included the dinner and breakfast meal plan. The views were incredible, the food amazing and the staff was very helpful pointing out the laundry facilities and a pedestrian walking path nearby. They even gave us sparklers to light on the beach for our last night. Hope to stay again!"

"So the few things I did not like where the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, the onsen water was hot enough to burn me (the rock onsen at the bottom) and the pool closed SOOOO early that we didn’t get to experience it at all. I paid a lot of money for that hotel and then didn’t even get to experience the pool. But the staff was very accommodating and made great efforts to speak English to us. "
