"The hotel is very nice, staff friendly, food great and has some lovely touches such as milk and cookies for kids at bedtime. The
spa
and pool were nice and welcoming to youngsters. A big downside for us was the disabled entry way with quite a heavy door to negotiate. The hotel is located opposite the beach with great views of Elizabeth castle, but next to quite a busy road. The location also has the benefit that it is very close to st Helier shops and restaurants and the bus terminus though. "
