"We had a fantastic staycation at L’Horizon! We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a junior suite, which was an absolute tree! The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was thoroughly arranged for a relaxing experience. Wow, the rooms were a bit tired and outdated in terms of decor, they were exceptionally cleaned and maintained to a very high standard throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly approachable and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed....

"We loved our stay at The Somerville. The staff were always so helpful and friendly, the food was delicious and the rooms were beautifully decorated. Despite the hill it's built on, it is in easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs and a convenience store, and has good transport links to other parts of the island. "

"Great location lovely view of bay hotel was amazing only downfall at hotels was staff sometimes had to wait 10 to 20 minutes to get served at the bar and on check out nobody there to settle bar bill of £5.85 for a pint of beer and got email to say I'd left the property without paying lol if someone was there at reception i would have sorted my bill out but had to leave as taxi was waiting ✋️ 😀 "

"Staff were personable once we became acquainted and our experience in Bohemia restaurant was outstanding. Towels were changed on a daily basis which in an eco friendly world may be seen to be excessive? Overall, it was a pleasant week’s stay."

"We were delighted with out stay - from the check-in to the Manager (Michelle) checking in to see if there was anything we additionally needed. From Benson and colleagues at the door through to the restaurant - one of out best stays ever. Great team and can recommend the Sunday Roast lunch as well - just perfect."

"Lovely staff. Excellent view. Location good for direct access to a beach and buses. If you want to walk into town the route is not that nice. Hotel was very clean and the October set evening meal was outstanding. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...
