"Ah - MGP 2024 - the weather - not their fault! We enjoyed our stay at Ramsey Park. The staff were really friendly and keen to help - but some needed a little training or guidance, being so young. Eventually, I found someone who could get my room door key to work for longer than a few hours! My room was clean and the bed comfortable but - the wind whistling through the faulty window seals - togerher with a bit of rain shows a need for a bit of maintenence. "Lovely, friendly and polite staff. Fire door banging next to our room all first night which kept us awake. Informed staff next morning and it was sorted out by the afternoon. Tired decor considering it was the executive luxury room. Bed wasn’t the best to sleep on. Breakfast was good, again, really attentive staff."
