"Great hotel"

"From the start everything was excellent. The receptionist who checked me in (pity did not get her name) listened to my requests which can be rare in some hotels. She was extremely pleasant and professional. I had a beautiful room clean, lovely decor quiet and comfortable. Check out was busy but the staff were extremely efficient and friendly. I could not find fault. SadlyI did not get a chance to thank the women who checked me in."

"The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. While the view was good, the room is located near the parking garage entrance and the laundry. I would never have booked this room if I knew it's location. Also, the room...

"Futurism meets luxury. Staff were almost too helpful. Meaning, eager to please instead of aloof, like at some high end places. Room was “Blade Runner” meets bordello, in the best sense. Highly recommend."

"Great place, was a bit rowdy in the pool area amongst teen boys, spa temps were low but overall a nice place. "
