"From the check in staff, to the breakfast staff, and the room cleaning staff, as well as the spa and pool staff were all amazing and very welcoming and eagar to help. "This is a great hotel. Nice and clean and huge rooms. There was a pool but kids could only use it until 7pm. That’s hard when you’re out sight seeing all day. The staff was great at the front desk. We even met a man with our same last name and who knows… maybe we are long lost relatives! It was nice and easy to get into Galway, as well as out of the city and easy to access all the major roads. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"Was moved to a room that had better Wi-Fi coverage, a minor inconvenience but the staff were always most helpful. Everything else was very comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the swimming pool.. Had breakfast and a couple of evening meals which were a good standard. In the evenings the staff were faultless and I enjoyed the comfort with a pint of Guinness. Many thanks, I stayed for four nights and would recommend this hotel. Ron Sweeney."

"Our overall stay was really good, i was extremely disappointed on checki. In , i paid for a triple room and was given a double room with 1 bed, as there were 3 of us including 15yr old boy when i requested the room i had booked i was told there were no triple rooms left and was given a fold up bed , which was not suitable for the size of the 15yr old"
