"The first night we were in a room that had a continuous droan sound. This was roon 202 I complained and the room was changed staff were very please r. The rooms are clean the hallways are a bit worn damaged wall paper bleeched spots on the carpet. But it's a terrific location nice rooms staff are nice. "We would like to respond/add to our review of Jan 15. Of course we realize that hotel rates vary based on dates/demand. However, the hotel was considerably vacant throughout our entire stay, as we were there after the holiday season ended in January. We were also able to verify the rate difference between the higher rate we paid at the desk and lower rates charged online on multiple websites and on multiple occasions, so this is something other guests need to be aware of."
