"This was my second stay at Grand Coastal and I’ll definitely return. The staff were friendly and professional. Communicating with staff, prior to my arrival and during my stay, was excellent. Cleanliness of the facility was impressive. All staff were courteous and very helpful; Romel, Visham, David, Cheryl, Ryan, Ferguson were exceptional. The food was delicious and I gained a few pounds. "Not so good. The light was very poor-couldn’t see in the bedroom. Only one small pan to cook with. Mostly the gas wouldn’t light-I had come along with a match. Guy living there was very friendly, but he was always there. Not his fault, it’s his right, but It would have been nice sometimes to be on my own. Very overrated and overpriced."
