"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"The location was great and walking distance to the markplatz. Plenty of parking since they own the other property next to the hotel. Room is very clean, nice decor, and great staff and breakfast is very good. "

"The staff was fantastic and attentive. Breakfast was marvelous. I love that you can grab a coffee any time of day and that they offer creative Abendbrot in the evening. My only complaint is that WLAN was spotty. Loved the sweet old-fashioned vibe. "
