"Like other travelers, when we arrived for our stay we found that our room that had been booked for two people was only set up for one: 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 towel, etc. We called down to the front desk to get extras brought up, but never received them and ended up having to go down to the front desk to request the items a second time. Other than that the stay was pretty much what you’d expect from this level of hotel"

"We had a quick two nights in Munich. The hotel was well located, friendly and helpful front desk. Our bed was very comfortable. Be aware that you may have stairs to climb even with an elevator. Only wish they had offered tea in the room as i do not drink coffee."
