"We arrived very late due to travel complications, and the staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to do a late check-out. They changed the whole cleaning pattern to allow us to stay a little bit longer than the normal check out time, and this allowed us to get some sleep and enjoy the fantastic shower in the room, as well as walk a little around the hotel, which is in a fantastic location. It is a great place to stay!"

I have a rather nice bed at home, but this new bed in the ski lodge was the best bed I have ever slept on! Just glorious night of sleep… and the resultant manger was spot on… his staff was flawless and kind, the food was flavorful and delightful."

"This hotel was in a convenient location for my meetings. However, the actual hotel building is quite old. Check In was extremely slow - it took me a full 30 minutes from arriving at Reception to getting my room key. - there were only 2 people in front of me and there were no problems. "Glarnerhof has always been a great place to stay and to eat. The restaurant is very busy with locals for lunch and dinner. I had lamb twice that was so mild that I might have thought it was beef. The hotel is undergoing a remodel which will be done soon but I did not encounter too much trouble from that. "Great hotel, rooms were immaculate; clean really well furnished new, fabulous showers, comfortable beds, really good coffee machine in rooms, and great breakfast. Things to note: Checking was easy at a self checkin machine we only saw one member of staff at breakfast. This was not a problem for us.
