"I stayed for 2 nights for a wedding. The staff work incredibly hard and the food is excellent. Rooms are a little dated and heating was all or nothing but it didn't greatly impact my stay. "

"Really excellent motel. Had a double room with king-size bed even had a sofa. Room was spacious, modern and very clean. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Continental breakfast was good but it you want bacon or sausage bap it was £2 extra but very nice. Overall highly recommend."

"Lovely stay at Ramside. First time we have been here and we will be back. Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Room was nice, only issue was that it smelt a bit damp when we walked in but opened patio doors and aired it and was ok afterwards. Lovely clean rooms. Beds not the most comfortable. Pillows were lumpy and a double/king size bed would be better than 2 beds put together, kept falling down the middle. Next time may look to upgrade to a premier room. Restaurants are lovely and the food was amazing. Haven’t tried the Asian fusion one yet but heard good things about it. Spa is one of the best ones around. Booked in for a massage. Would highly recommend. Gym and pool area is great for relaxing. "

"Wonderful place the staff were warm and friendly this includes your very hard working house maids nothing was a problem. However it would be nice to know more history about the entire state and family. Maybe a folder of this information in each room would be helpful. Thank you."
