"It was easy in every way. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It felt like a family. There was plenty of room in the lounge and dining area. Room was a good size. Better than Premier Inn. Free Wifi. Free breakfast. Note to Management: It might be a good idea to put a clearer sign by the toaster - DO NOT PUT CROISSANTS IN THE TOASTER."

A lovely clean room very comfortable with lovely toiletries, hairdryer, ironing board and iron.Tea coffee making vacilities. Comfy bed. We ate at the restaurant, the food was first class. "Really great staff. Never had poor service at a holiday inn. Kudos to a chirpy Ben on the morning shift. This is slightly dated hotel and the bathroom set up is unfriendly with a step into the bathroom and a huge step into the shower. The bed felt like a tiny double. It is conveniently located which is why it is so popular. Breakfast was a highlight, well laid out, plenty of space and fresh food "
