"This hotel is definitely 5 star. Anybody who wants to visit Easter Island and get that off their bucket list should stay here. Edith, the owner/manager picked us up at the airport and checked us in and fed us free excellent breakfast every day. The rooms are nice, air conditioned with free wifi. the hotel is centrally located and you can walk to everything good in Hanga Roa. "The reception and service were outstanding. The location is is in a comfortable neighbourhood and the setting for breakfast is a good place to start the day. One thing about our room, though, was rather odd: the electrical sockets were inconveniently placed, requiring one to get down on the floor to plug in or inconveniently locsted for udimg the coffee maker."

When I asked for glass of water they pointed to where the glasses were. And when I entered they did no effort to accompany to show facilities. Breakfast was very good. "

"The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful.
