"The management at this hotel was honestly not impressive at all. Starting with the negatives - we were in the hotel for a total of about 6 hours excluding sleeping time and had to still pay €15 for WiFi PER DEVICE! We specifically asked the reception staff multiple times whether it would reach our room, gave them our room number to check (a superior sea view room) and they assured us it would reach, but of course it didn’t reach our room! We then asked for our money back as we could not use it...

"The apartment was pretty much in keeping with the photos and the view of the sea from the terrace is exceptional. However the list of services said to be available, we're not or at least, were not mentioned to us. At most we were offered just 2 trips which could be arranged. Although I had paid for the booking in full, in advance and the site advisedesign that this was inclusive of all taxes and fees, I was still required to pay 30 euros for the week (for 2 people ). The entire team were so professional, and my apartment was perfect, inside and outside on the balcony with its gorgeous panoramic view. The location on the beach in the center of the city was ideal - with easy walks to restaurants, shopping, museums, stadiums and of course along the coast itself.
