"We're so glad we found The Hygrade Inn. We were traveling on a long road trip for the holidays and needed a place to spend the night along the way. The Hygrade Inn was a wonderful treat for us! "The motel looked old but the staff was friendly and my room was spacious and clean. When we arrived, the restaurant was unavailable due to a private party (it was packed with dressed people) but the staff kindly recommended some restaurants in downtown Ridgeway. We went to a nice restaurant which was within a five-minute drive from the motel. Breakfast was prepared at 6:30 am. It was milk, orange juice, bread, and cereals. The motel is a 40-minute drive from the Elk Country Visitor Center....

"When we got to town there had been some snow. Snow removal was more than adequate. Since this was mid-week we were the only people checked in so it was very quiet. Breakfast was better than the chain hotels self-serve."

"Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful when requesting towels or toiletries. A hot breakfast was served each morning and was very delicious. There was a variety of breakfast items available for different dietary needs. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the walk in shower. A shower caddy or shelf to put shampoo, conditioner, and body wash would be helpful, but overall I’m pleased with my stay! I would recommend to anyone! "
