It is very clean, the food is as good as can be expected in a hotel, the people are very pleasant, it is very safe, the staff will flag down transport or assist you in any way. My biggest complaint: stop hassling me about stealing your handtowels on checkout. I just paid 30,000 pesos to stay there for a week, I’m not going to risk jail by stealing your towels…"

"We adored our 3 day stay. The location is far prettier than any pics you will see on the internet. The beach is fantastic as are the infinity pools by the beach and the top of the hills with THOSE views. It is breathtaking. To be clear the rooms are dated and money needs to be invested to get them up to scratch (that said, the bed was ultra comfortable). But the location, views, food (excellent) and boat trips made for a fabulous time for us."
