"The ambience is really amazing. I love the place! But I was quite not satisfied with the customer service. The staff don't give an approachable vibes.Also, you can hear the noise from the other rooms. It's quite annoying especially if the guests are so noisy. They offer food but it's so expensive and you can't opt for a delivery since they will charge you a hundred peso corkage fee. Unbeatable central location

"Room size is perfectly adequate. Bed is comfortable. Laundry was crisp and clean. Staff were polite. Room amenities are ideal for an extended stay. Central location is unbeatable. Everything you might need is within walking distance. Breakfast served was of decent quality, although I was l underwhelmed with the selection. Absence of an egg station and/or bacon. Nice pool area for families, but not enough for laps/workout. Gym was adequately equipped."

"We adored our 3 day stay. The location is far prettier than any pics you will see on the internet. The beach is fantastic as are the infinity pools by the beach and the top of the hills with THOSE views. It is breathtaking. To be clear the rooms are dated and money needs to be invested to get them up to scratch (that said, the bed was ultra comfortable). But the location, views, food (excellent) and boat trips made for a fabulous time for us."
