"The checking wasn't good because we had reserved with Expedia and the system was showing a child of one year instead of 16 years (we're missing a bed as per the system). The problem in this case is the confirmation, it shows only the number of people by room. As we did the reservation with Expedia, the hotel couldn't help us."

"Great location within the old town (perhaps a little hectic as right next to the clock tower). Best thing about this hotel was the rooftop and pool. We were traveling as a family of four and the rooms were definitely on the small side, with little space to move around. Cupboards and fridge designed so badly you can’t open the fridge the right way. Only one lift in the building so long waits, plus the cleaning staff use it too with their cleaning trolleys. "
