"So first off, the good: the hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We were very short walks from everything we came to Charleston to do, which was excellent for us . The staff were kind, prompt and very helpful. Valet parking was a nice touch and worth it rather than trying to find parking and worrying about your car in some random garage.
