"I was puzzled by the stark, austere room, which made it quite unwelcoming. Once we settled in, it was okay; the bed was comfortable. The thermostat did not seem to work, however. Although the bathroom was quite clean, there seemed to be a shortage of the cheap towels, and there was no bath mat or rug to step on coming out of the shower. The bathroom would have fit in perfectly in a Motel 6. Although the rate was reasonable, I viewed the hotel as overpriced for the amenities provided. "
