"The hotel and my room were really nice, and the staff were very friendly and spoke good English. This hotel is a little bit out of the centre, although it is next to the bus station which is very practical. Room was very spacious, with a small balcony, and the bed was great. However, it felt a bit too old fashioned for me (no plugs/light switches near the bed). Also, the spa facilities (which were part of the reason why I booked this hotel) were unavailable and I was told that this is often the...
