"I arrived to the hotel at time when several other groups of tourists were awaiting their check-in. One lady only was available to sort out this. After half an hour in the que I was told they did not see me in the booking system due to that the hotel no longer offerred reservation via Hotels.com. After some waiting and calls to the booking department from the check-in desk finally I got my room. Overall hotel is fine and reasonable to stay for a short time."

"I enjoyed the way all the staff treated me during my stay at the hotel. The staff was also helpful in areas I required assistance, Additionally, the staff made my stay enjoyable by giving advice on how to access areas of interest."

"The hotel was lush and luxurious, an excellent location and very friendly staff that were willing to help. The breakfast was good if you eat meat of youre a veggie then or vegan there will be very little for you as even the breakfast potatoes are served in the samw container as the meat. But this aside it wss a spacious room and a very enjoyable stay. I will be going back. "
