"From the moment you walk in to reception you feel special. The staff are very helpful and professional, and to my surprise we were offered a free upgrade on arrival. The apartment was spectacular with full kitchen and balcony. The prices were very reasonable with complementary bathrobes. It has an on-site pool,, dining, roof top bar with fabulous views. There is so much to love about this place you won’t want to leave "

"Novotel was a clean and comfortable hotel, close to the airport. We were grateful that our room was ready when we arrive at 11 am, after our 15 hour flight. We stayed only one night and the breakfast was outstanding the next morning."

"I actually really liked this hotel. The design and decor is quirky and it is clean and well kept. For a cheaper stay it’s really quite good. There are lots of stairs though that make this not a good option for disabilities with mobility issues. I’d definitely stay again."

"lovely big refurbished room wirh separate sitting area, views of the bay and watched planes land and take off. lots of great restaurants in walking distance. i knew thwy were doing upgrades but not to the rooms above me so wakingnup to drilling and hammering at 7.30am wasnt the best. so just check when checking in that you aren't near a the refurbishment work "

"Very convenient for the airport. I booked it to use the car charger, which was available, not the fault of the Mantra but I didn’t have correct plug. Dinner was ok but a bit on the pricey side for what it was."
