"The staff was second to none. Friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. Room was clean, bed was great, and the food court had anything you could want to eat. Conveniences stores around the hotel were well stocked with any items you might need. Kumamoto Station was right there, next to the hotel, but we didn’t a lot of train noise in our room. Definitely will stay there again."

"Super convenient location next to the Sakuramachi bus stop from the airport bus line. It is also a 5min walk to the red and blue line bus and shopping arcade with lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff was really helpful in arranging extra days for me to stay (since I was there during the typhoon). Stayed in the Kumamoto room which was really cute! Maybe if they gave a couple themed Kumamoto cookies it would have been perfect. Would stay again."

"After 3 days of the hotel room checked out, my husband found out that he had left a wedding ring in the room, I rang up and contacted the hotel, the staff called Airi ANDO, replied promptly that the wedding ring was found and still keeping it for us, she also arranged a shipment service for delivering the wedding ring to my home in U.K. It was amazing and thanks for all staffs in this hotel who are such professional and helpful. We will definitely be returning to this hotel again for our next stays in Kumamoto."
