We had to ask reception to increase the heating as we were unable to adjust within the room. Need to do a bit more work with housekeeping, dropped a ring on the floor and had to move th bed, which highlighted that the space underneath hadnt been cleaned in a while. "I had a good experience from start to finish. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The general manager and his team offered a exceptional service. However my room was cold and the mattress was uncomfortable. The hotel’s facilities were average. The gym had a few machines out of order and no water cooler. I did appreciate the convenient location, which allowed me to explore the city easily. Overall, my stay was good. I would recommend...
