"I have stayed multiple times. The rooms are nice, clean and great AC. The staff service is prompt and friendly. The restaurant has good options excellent portions per price paid. Would like to compliment Guillermo the bartender at the pool side he went to the restaurant to provide full service for the kids and prepared special drinks to our taste. This staff really goes to the extreme to provide excellent service. Recommended! "

"Right on the beach, Key was ready, they went out of their way for us. We knew most of the hotels were damaged from hurricanes and staff is hard to get. There were repairs needed and staff was short in afternoons just as they told us. Excellent for the price"

"This place has an amazing location, but that is the only positive. The showers don't drain, so there is standing water everywhere attracting mosquitoes. Staff was rude. The mixed dorm was where laundry was stored so staff would come in and turn the lights on at 11:30. The owner also turned the lights on and gave a tour to friends (?) while I was sleeping. The owner is also known for being a creep to women. There is no kitchen; a hot plate and one beat up pan is all that's provided, not even plates/utensils etc. The toilets don't flush. I woke up with sores on my back in the shape of the springs on the bed. It's located in the back of a restaurant, so anyone from the restaurant can and does enter the hostel. Common space is used for storage by locals. Wifi only worked in the courtyard, not inside. The "free surfboards" were missing fins. There is one sink in the whole place, so it is often clogged with food waste. There were great people to meet, but we bonded over how terrible our experience at this hostel was. "
