"I requested a handicapped room on the first floor and got exactly what I needed. The room was clean- especially the fridge and microwave so that was a huge plus. The indoor pool and hot tub was a nice feature. We didn't swim but we used the hot tub which was warm and bubbly. Get to the breakfast early for the best selection but there's lots to choose from. My only complaint (which is small) was you can hear thru the walls easily if there's dogs barking or kids crying but it was minor and...

"We have stayed at this Best Western multiple times as it’s conveniently located as we travel from the south to the north. We travel with 2 cats and this Best Western is cat friendly, not just pet friendly, which usually means dogs only (read the fine print when booking rooms that say pet friendly), it has access from outside so we don’t have to take the cats through a lobby, but most importantly, the staff is always very friendly! We will continue to make this a stop over on the future! "
