There were a couple different times. The front desk wasn't manned, And I had to wait for service, Also, the hot water in the shower was fairly lukewarm... But overall the renovations they've done on the property are great. The fire and ice restaurant had great food, The convention area was clean and easy to access, The pools appeared well kept, parking was easy. Traveled with my pet and they had to adjust my reservation from what I had selected in Expedia to a different room because of the pet. However, it was not particularly upset by that change, The room that we got moved to had a first floor walkout patio that made taking my dog potty. Very easy. They had a couple of nicely maintained grass areas where I was able to play with my dog. And maybe nicest of all. There wasn't a whole lot of old dog poop. In fact I don't think I saw a single pile. Either they have great customers that do a very good job cleaning up after their pets, Or it's just one more way that they are keeping on top of their property. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

The website advertised a hot tub. There is no hot tub. The website shows nice bathtubs in the room.. there is no tub. But there is a shower that barely works and a toilet that does nothing but run all night. And there is "nothing we can do about it"

I really loved this hotel. Ask for an atrium room for a really cool experience and views! Staff is super nice and breakfast was amazing. Also on a road that has tons and tons of restaurants.

With a hotel costing $150 a night, some would think handles on bathroom sink would be standard.. or bird .... droppings would be cleaned from porch, or usb ports for charges, or full toilet paper.. or dirt cleaned off the walls.. kind of run down, and over priced. Loud drunk people in lobby and out front, people at bar parking in front drive so we couldn’t pull up to check in. Front desk took a long time to check people in, so we had to stand in the lobby with our kids around the boisterous bar crowd. Our room had a sliding glass door that appeared to go out to an alley. Was an uncomfortable stay and we won’t be back.

Nice quiet area with a great indoor pool and splash pad. Also a nice outdoor pool. Not a 5 star resort but perfectly reasonable pricing for what it was. Our kids enjoyed it.
