"We had a one bedroom overlooking the river and downtown-fantastic view. Excellent location near the ferry and train. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was like being at home. Great front desk staff. They have a cupboard where you can get spare supplies anytime-towels, milk, laundry soap etc. Very accommodating to our requests. Water pressure excellent."

"The property itself is lovely and located conveniently for accessing the city, South Bank, and West End. My only complaint was the television, the wifi, and the shower head. The television crashed repeatedly. It runs Android so I was able to download all my usual streaming apps but the internet seemed to drop out constantly. Usually my programming resumed in a few minutes so I assume it was the internet but the TV also froze once and needed to be turned off at the wall. I did call tech support...
