The property was under some repairs from hurricane, but didn’t affect my stay there. This property was diligently working to improve their damages. Loved the tiki bar and bartender!! I definitely loved Michele working at front desk, very personable and professional at the same time. There was a little problem with my original booked room, which I knew before arrival cause she called to inform me that, which I thought was great. When I arrived there, she accommodated me with an even nice room, And again, she was terrific!! Also couldn’t get my tv working right, and an employee promptly came to room and got my tv working, he was most friendly as well. If I had to say one negative comment about this property, it would be MORE lighting on grounds. All in all, love this place, I’m a repeat customer, I live in Florida and would recommend this property to all. Almost forgot, love love love the homemade donuts! I will be returning!!!

Unfortunately due to Hurricane Milton property was damaged in back but pool was open. Rooms were clean and updated however very musty and humid. Floors were supposedly washed but my slipper socks were black with dirt. Front desk personnel were great especially Kelsey 🙂

I did like that our room was a few steps away from the Pool, the bar, we could see the sunrise. The doughnuts were so good. The staff was good. We did not have any do not disturb signs so one of the staff did come in while we were asleep. We were able to hear our next door person because of the door that separated the rooms. Other than we did enjoy the indoor pool, and the hot tub. I did enjoy my two free drinks that Expedia gave to me as being a VIP. I will stay here again.

Refuse to upgrade room as an Expedia gold membership. They had many available upgrades room but still refused even after Expedia rep called the front desk. Not happy never going there again. Toilet water run for the all 4 days we were there and was roaches in kitchen…

The cb place was nice 20-30 years ago. Obvious crumbling concrete on external and internal structures. No sound dampening in the doors means anyone moving can wake you up. Indoor pool had ponds of stagnant standing water and tarps covering the broken windows in the ceiling. Hot water in the shower lasted less than 2 minutes. Outside was filthy and just had an overall unclean feel, and it looks like whoever owns it gave up on it years ago. And they added extra amenity charges when the whole waterfront was under construction. Staff was very nice though.

There was some work being done by the city to build up the beach wall but it was not the fault of the hotel the staff was very pleasant and helpful we have been going to Perry for over 40 years and will continue to go there

The property is clean, heated pool inside and hot tub, location is great, beach out the back and food and shopping options out the front. Room was large with a kitchenette, low noise levels from other rooms, the staff were friendly and always willing to help. We were able to leave our luggage on our last day which was a huge bonus. Complimentary donuts for breakfast which were great. Tiki bar by the pool with a good selection of drinks available. Location was ideal in terms of restaurants with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay again.
