"Beautiful hotel, modern decor, and a comfortable bed. Room was extremely spacious. Felt as though it was missing a sofa or chair as the light was shining on an empty space. TV had sky sports which I was very happy about when we got the back the room and the boxing was on. The lady at the reception when we arrived recommended a nice place local to go eat because when asked if we wanted breakfast, we said no as we are late risers. This was fantastic non-biased customer service "

"The location was convenient and the property is new. Apart from our first check-in, all the check-in staff and receptionists were friendly and very helpful. There were 2 bottles of water on arrival, but they were not replaced after the first day. The laundry bag and sheet were also not replaced. "The hotel was really nice, but a bit soulless. The staff were nice enough, but didn’t go out of their way to be over friendly or welcoming. The food in the restaurant was nice but a bit over priced and not a huge choice. It was also a bit on the cool side. Breakfast was very good. The tv wouldn’t connect to any apps. The car park was the underground car park, next to the TECA. Which wasn’t that far, but on a wet winters night, was a bit miserable."
