- Keycards are reused and not rotated. Security concern as anyone could keep one and open your room. - door locks borderline do not function. We’ve been locked out of our room several times. - AC broken in our first room - Fridge broken in our first room - Door lock didn’t open 90% of the time in our first room - Door lock didn’t open 50% of the time in our second room - Door lock didn’t work at all on one keycard on our THIRD room - Keycards have to be reprogrammed daily - Several receptionists had bad attitude - Receptionist refused to speak to me in English. I can speak Spanish ok but English preferred. So either she is not qualified for the position or was being ignorant in purpose. - Blinds do not shut entirely - Blind “rod” kept coming unhooked - Bathroom door doesn’t latch/stay closed in our second room - Sewage smell in bathrooms in 3 rooms - Electrical outlet pulled away from wall in first room. Safety risk. - Front desk staff argumentative and rude. Kitchen staff great. - parking lot guard rude, and tried to argue and intimidate my family. My family was scared he was going to hurt them. Avoid at all costs.

Recomiendo este lugar para una estancia rápida, esta bien ubicado y la atención del personal es buena. El cuarto es amplio, la cama está bien y se tienen todas las amenidades necesarias. Resaltaría que no son habitaciones nuevas, tienen algunos detalles como cortinas desgastadas, caja fuerte sin funcionar, muebles viejos, etc. Nosotros pagamos por el desayuno, el cual calificaría normal. Tiene variedad de platillos, comal y fruta de temporada. Algunas cosas no estaban buenas como el café y el huevo a la mexicana. En general creo que relación precio calidad está normal.
