"My visit was during cold and rainy weather, the location was central to everything I wanted to do and the size of the room/ bathroom was perfect. Everything worked and it was very clean. Samar kept my room in good shape for a 7 night stay and the staff supported me with calling taxis every morning that came within 5 minutes. "The hotel was well located on a busy commercial street that feels very safe. The metro station is at the corner as is the streetcar. There a plenty of restaurants of all types especially along the side streets. The hotel lobby is very impressive , the staff very friendly and the property has busy all day restaurants. Also included is a nice gym & spa. I was upgraded to a larger king on a lower floor away from the main street and it was very comfortable "
