"Lovely hotel and brea with my family. The check in however was terrible. It took from 10:30 until 17:00 to check in and get our room's. The bookings were confused with one of our party being in a room two floors away. They blamed hotels.com for the confusion which was not true. Great holiday, great hotel, terrible check in "

"The hotel was absolutely spotless and the service was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool deck and the beach. The bathroom was huge with a nice tub and big shower. Easy walk along the beach to shopping and cafes. Parking in underground garage was very convenient. We didn't even need our car the hotel was so close to everything. "

"Asked not to be put in room with small balcony as staying for 12 nights but were given room 420 with balcony only big enough for 1 chair, receptionist claimed all balconies were the same which is untrue as we have stayed several times and had a bigger balcony! Eventually moved to room 222 with a larger balcony. Breakfast is still good but has declined, i.e. no rolls or bagettes and a more limited offering, however waitress was exceptional. Hotel was having work done outside which was noisy first...

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay even though it was only one night. Nice comfort room on the six floor overlooking the harbour with view of the airport runway. Straight forward check in and out as l had done this by phone prior to arrival. Breakfast ideal good selection. Choice of this hotel was because it is closed proximity to airport 20 minutes walk no requirement for taxi or bus.Plenty of places for drink and eat at night time also within walking distance "

"They had a fire lit in the Lobby, which was really welcoming and they had a Piano in the building as well...slightly old school feeling, which made it a real ambience...Thank you"

"Great option of visiting Cadiz and you have a car. Cadix is only 12-15 minutes away by car. They rooms are comfortable, clean and big enough. Very easy free parking which is what we primarly picke this hotel. "
