"We stayed three nights, the room that was initially given to us, was not meeting our criteria in terms of noise and other factors like the air conditioning, but they changed us to another room, and that was more spacious, and the air conditioner worked great and it was quiet. The amenities at the hotel are unique because of the animals, we did not have time to use the pool or the spa, but they look nice. "This property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and clean. The pool area is wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Albert was a great waiter! We ate at every restaurant on the property and nothing disappointed! I felt safe walking around with no issues. The beach in front of the hotel is not the best. It’s rocky and not very clean but it is a very easy walk to a better option. Getting to the Centro was an easily accessible and cheap Uber ride away! Overall, this hotel is amazing and I look forward to staying there again! "
