"This is a beautiful hostel, i thought it was a hotel. I wasn't aware that you had to drive on a rough road up the mountain, i found out 2hrs before we got our car rental. They do provide transportation but we found out last minute. The food at restaurant was really good and the service is great. The beds are hard but not an issue for me."

"Overall the apartment itself is great, with some really nice character. However, The communication was bad: the phone number didn’t work, you couldn’t email them. Check in was lucky that the receptionist was there. Even then a phone number wasn’t given (the reception wasn’t occupied 24/7, and there were things we needed). "The owner was very very generous, friendly and helpful. He treated us as if we were part of his family. You don't get this treatment very often. The location is very close to the entrance El Zaino for the Tayrona Park. The vegetation around the property is fantastic. The only negative side is that the cabins are very close by the road and there is a lot of noise day and night. For the day it might not be a huge problem, but at night if you have poor sleep you might suffer from the noise."

"Check in was a nightmare. No one seemed to have my reservstion. Took an hour to check-in, had to call the off site manager. On-site manager was asleep so we didn't get into the hotel for 30 mins. Guard at the front gate tried but took a while for him to answer. Other than that everything was ok. Room was nice, although had to change rooms mid week because they put us in a double bed then the long weekend came and they wanted the room and downgraded us to a smaller single bed room. "

"My stay at Soy Local Centro Histórico was incredible! The staff were wonderful—always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. The cleaning team was amazing, keeping everything spotless and organized. Most importantly, I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and secure experience!"

"I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Osh Hotel Cartagena, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty by the warm and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of colonial charm and modern luxury. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rainfall showerhead was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. But what really sets Osh Hotel apart is its incredible location. Situated in the heart of Cartagena's historic Old Town, you're just steps away from the city's most famous landmarks, restaurants, and bars. The hotel's rooftop pool and bar are also not to be missed! The views of the city are breathtaking, and the cocktails are expertly crafted. "We have enjoyed the rooming suite for our family of four! The ocean view from the window was stunning in late December! The club food bar was great! The swimming pools inside the hotel were beautiful! Cross the street, you can swim in the ocean and walk on the beach. Very close to the old town of Cartagena, the treasure of the South America with rich culture, delicious foods. The hotel service was great!"
