"The staff at the hotel were fantastic. They helped us book a private transfer to the cruise port in Ravenna also a water taxi. This really helped us a lot and reduced our stress. The only comment would be to get a shower curtain or a door in the bathroom other than that, the hotel was fantastic location fantastic staff."

"This place is amazing. The location is truly everything. You are right next to the Rialto bridge with beautiful views from our room of the Grand Canal. The staff was extremely helpful, always willingly providing recommendations and helping with luggage. Breakfast included eggs, not just croissants and the seating was right on the sidewalk by the water. St. Marks Basilica and Doge Palace were only a 10 minute walk through the Venetian streets where you can do some shopping along the way and get a little lost. The air conditioning was perfect and we left the windows open at night for the cool breeze. The terrace was a great nightly option, bring your drink and snack just relax and watch the hustle and bustle below. Highly recommend this place. "

Every single team member, from the helpful concierges to the attentive bar staff, went above.The rooftop bar, offered spectacular panoramic views, and was the perfect spot to unwind.
