"Attractive small hotel in a great location. A few minutes walk away from the Water Bus stations. Walking distance to everything. Room was modern with a lovely spacious bathroom. Great aircon too. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and the staff were friendly. The garden area is very nice too. Would stay here again. "

"The room was clean and had a large size bathroom, there was a strong smell of spices or perfume, but not bad, just different. The walk from the station was 25 minutes. Lots of bridges to get there too. "

"We wish we would have stayed longer here, the hotel grounds are so peaceful! If you’re looking to stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle but close to the airport and Venice this is perfect. The staff went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed, they even booked a van to take us to the airport early in the morning. The hotel looks to be apart of a green space design company and the hotel is their showcase. I recommend walking the grounds to see the variety of plants and wildlife...
