"Como é a quarta vez que me hospedo no Windsor Excelsior, sendo que a anterior foi em 2016 acho que está no hora de uma reforma no hotel... não dá mais para ter bidê no banheiro. Mas o quarto é amplo, o café da manhã excepcional, a cama é espetacular e a localização perfeita. "

"The hotel is in a nice area, very walkable. The front desk was very helpful in arranging taxi to the airport. The room was okay, the only window faced a building so not much light or fresh air. The breakfast was okay. "

"* Excellent location on the beach. * Staff was nice - got early check-in. * Two (2) star at best. Not even a window! * Two people - only 2 grey towels? Ugh - the bathroom in particular feels dirty. * Wifi sucks! No amenities. * We spent only 1 uncomfortable night."

"Stayed here for two nights. Cute funky design, rooms were clean. They were tiny little flies in the shower- harmless and was too lazy to complain. The towels could have been fluffier/sheets softer. Loved the natural soaps. Desk is pretty small, barely fit my laptop. Overall the room was small but it was well designed that i didnt mind it. Shower pressure was just ok. Overall comfortable, nice design, convenient location, friendly staff- not your most luxurious stay. "

Relax and enjoy the view.

"The hotel is classically beautiful with its spacious rooms, colourfully and tastefully decorated. I'm not surprised many celebrities have stayed there! The bed is super comfortable and the blackout blinds left all the day light outside so we could have a nice lie in the next morning. The hotel is super clean and tidy. They offer you a glass of champagne upon arrival making you feel very welcomed. The staff are really friendly and helpful, they go an extra mile to ensure you're satisfied. The pool area is just gorgeous with the colourful parasols contrasting with the pure white of the building around it! Very romantic. The location is wonderful, you just have to cross the road to be at the iconic Copacabana beach. It was throughout a fantastic experience and we'd love to be back again soon. "
