"The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was decent but at night we saw large roaches/waterbugs in the eating area due to the windows being open. Did not see them during the day nor while eating. The rooms did not have wifi although staff said it did. Room was very tight, cable continuously interrupted and we had to unplug box and take out card multiple times to watch tv, most stations in Portuguese and room was not very clean. Towels and sheets had stains after being washed...

"Eu sempre escolho Novotel, e os motivos são, local, segurança e o atendimento. Este mês tive um problema com os atendentes da noite de Domingo para Segunda 8 de Dezembro lara o dia 9. 2 mulheres e um rapaz. Arrogantes e mal humorados. Mas Novotel tem 2as pessoas que sabem tratar os clientes, Clay e Roberto do cafe da manhã. 2 queridos. Exemplos de profissionais. E toda a galera do café. O menino que ajuda com os passeios. Enfim, recomendo. Mas tem uma galerinha que precisa aprender a tratar...
