"I loved the staff, the front desk guys are extremely helpful, the cleaning lady’s are awesome too, there’s tons of food areas around and the beach is super close. I wasn’t a fan of the homeless, beggars and sellers everywhere and if you want to avoid that go to Ipanema or leblon will be the cleanest but triple the price. The only issue I had was the steam room being stinky but everything else was great. The staff and

"The room was ample for a hotel in this area and valor. The room and especially the bathroom room appeared very clean. However as it is an outdated interior it doesn't feel 100% clean. The pillows were horrible, the bed was OK. What was really annoying is the poor sound isolation. You can hear your neighbors talk like they are in your room.
